Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely hotel Work to update the reception area of the hotel was underway when we arrived, this was explained to us on arrival and apologies made for the disruption. A leaflet was also provided in the welcome pack of what the area would look like on completion, this was a lovely touch and made me feel part of the experience July 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by First bad experience Arrived at teh hotel to building work going on in whole of the entrance and with worksmans vans blocking the car park off so no access to carpark. No Bar and not seating area downstairs. In the room bits were falling off and was not a pleasurable experience at all as a whole. July 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Buena ubicación, excelente personal y limpieza a pesar de que el hotel tenía toda la parte de recepción en obras y la primera impresión era mala, la fácil comunicación con el Centro (15 min en metro, a la espalda del hotel), el excelente trabajo del personal (gracias Noelia, Suzy...) , la comodidad de la habitación, la excelente limpieza y un buen desayuno, sin lujos pero suficiente, hacen este hotal muy recomendable July 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Building work lets Holiday Inn down I used my reward points for this stay with my family, so three of us had little comfort due to the level of building work. During the day the banging you accept as part of the drive to improve. However, in the night there was a sound of running water in the roof space above the room. This went on from the early hours of the morning until we checked out. Due to my daughter sleeping the option to move in the middle of the night wasn't realistic. Then in the morning the 'make do' limited seating restaurant meant a lengthy wait in a crowded reception to get to breakfast. Then just as we were to be seated there was a pouring of water into the restaurant due to a fault with the air conditioning, which I believe was related to the building work. This delaying sitting down to breakfast further and making it even less enjoyable an environment to eat in. All in all this hotel shouldn't be open for use unit the work is finished or at least to a better stage of renovation. The staff were very good and tried to do what they could under very difficult circumstances and should be commended for their efforts. Not impressed and would like my points back so I can try again to have an enjoyable rewards night! July 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Strange location but good access Unexpected in this part of London, and not much to do locally, apart from a great Pub with good food (The Castle) opposite Ground floor of the hotel was a building site while we were staying, but discreetly well managed Our Room Maid wrote a welcome note on the mirror in Red marker pen: bit eerie!
