Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and location Overall, a positive experience with all the standard comfort, efficiency and professionalism as expected from a Holiday Inn Express. My only comment is that the car park is too small. I very much appreciate the space constraints in London but it is quite frustrating to arrive at the hotel in the dark, tired after a long drive in traffic, having pre-booked parking, only to be told that the car park is full and we need to drive to a secondary overflow car park about 5 mins away. In the end, we didn't have to as another guest was just leaving and kindly gave us her space. But may I suggest that rather than the reception staff simply giving verbal directions to the overflow car park, that the hotel provides a simple and clear printed map showing the route to the car park... and that the car park is clearly lit and signed.
