Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good front of house staff The front of house staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and I feel it is worth a mention. An example was the Saturday evening when we arrived back at the hotel. We had a turgid journey on the north circular. There was a large group of about 20 people being served sinner and no room for our group of eight in the restaurant / bar area. Without a moment's hesitation they offered us the use of the conference room to eat our dinner and relax (provided we kept the room neat and tidy). No grumbles, just smiles and really good service. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by easy reach of London Kind, polite, friendly, helpful staff, clean functional room, this is a great place to stay away from city centre prices but within easy reach of London. I was driving so free parking was very useful. I was a lone female traveller and felt safe in this hotel. I would recommend this as a good place to stay for business or pleasure. I would have liked additional toiletries such as shampoo conditioner etc., as the shower gel and soap are in dispensers, but what was available was adequate. 27 March 2015

Should have the options to have 4 singles / 1 doble 2 single, or actual 2 double beds instead of a double and a pull out sofa. Should have the option of hot breakfast earlier if the hotel is aware of a sports competition. 26 March 2015
