Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Revamped customer service team, I'm returning to this facility after having used it regularly for meetings regular about 3 years ago. It's clear that the old guard has given way to a bright new team of dedicated, customer-focused, service-oriented team. As an IHG Platinum-Ambassador reward member, that is heartening. I hope you keep it up. In particular, as someone who would complain when things aren't good, I feel obliged not just to praise when they do, but indeed to identify key actors by name. The trio of Jyoti, Laura and Jurgita were outstanding in helping to make my conference and week-long stay a happy experience for me and my delegates. Will surely return. 27 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience I had a good time and i will come in there again in a forthnight. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were well kept and cleaned. I was able to rest very well and the breakfast was also excellent. 25 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay Although difficult to access via public transport other than bus, the hotel is well situated. The staff were very polite and willing to help and accommodate. The room was tidy and comfortable something you come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Considering the hotels location next to A406 north Circular noise was very limited even in rush hour morning traffic. The breakfast was acceptable although lacking in variety, what was served however was fresh and tasty. Thank you 25 February 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could have been cleaner! The room wasn't that clean. The sofa bed had a great big hair ball on it, the sheets were ripped and the sofa not that clean. The bathroom door stuck and the wallpaper was slightly ripped. Room was not up to Standard. 23 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location for North Circular Staff were very helpful in assisting us to get to the nearest underground. You should note that its a £5 taxi ride away to the nearest underground. or there is a bus stop right outside which will take you there too. Was no hassle for us though. Great rooms as expected with a holiday inn. There was some noise from the north circular but nothing bad. 19 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and great value Perfect stop over for the Tottenham match. Lovely bright, clean and comfortable room. Nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, organised a taxi for us to the match! Great service, would defiantly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again for future visits to Tottenham :-) 17 February 2014
