Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never Again I was dissatisfied with holiday inn express I am disabled and rely on help . I had previously booked the disabled bay for my car it was not made clear to me where to park by an assistant on the desk ,when asked where too park she just said out on front ,you will find their is several car parks (Public) both full. A lovely doorman told me after 20 min looking the hotel spaces are located at side of hotel "not signed or can be seen". The room was for three yet set up for two not enough towels, cups, hangers no draws , unable to use phone line and Free wifi , very poor reception on TV. When booking it advertised it had restaraunt for evening meal later found out hotel no longer serve evening meals. Failed to mention each day you have to change key card " only found this out when trying to enter my room and could not enter" . Manager must check hot food in breakfast bar as noted fresh sausages where being placed over top of previous cooked sausages same with powdered scrambled eggs. ( this is a environmental health issue) . My IHG card was not recognised . Yet despite this several of the staff I spoke to who spoke fluent english where very polite and courteous . Still waiting after 5 days For manager to get in touch over complaints. 19 November 2014
