Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable beds but good service This particular hotel was suffering from AC unit issues which resulted in us losing a night’s sleep. The staff were great and moved us to another room but the damage was done. The hotel room had a notification on the table stating the troubles they are experiencing with their AC units throughout the building but I still fail to see how they should be charging full price per room with a known issue. Perhaps provide some discount as customers are only made aware of this issue as soon as they get in the room. I have been to many Holiday Inn hotels and find that their mattresses are the most uncomfortable of all the places I have stayed at. They really need to change these. I don’t think I will risk staying at another one until they do change them. May 27, 2015
