4 nights stay for me and children at 17,14 and 11
The room was really too small for us. It was rather a double room than a room for 4 persons.
Everything nice, clean and modern.
Good wifi in the hotelroom and the rest of the hotel.
Excellent service, the staff is so helpful and smiling all the time.
The breakfast is boring, could be a lot more variety, was missing bacon, tomatoes, ham and more cheeses. The coffee and juices are very good.
The hotel is a bit too far away from the central sights of London so we got real experts of the different tubelines all of us.
Will choose a more central hotel on my next London stay.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by richardh45 Excellent Staff and Rooms - Breakfast Organisation needs improvement
The hotel has excellent friendly efficient staff and particular mention must be made of Elena who also welcomed us last year.
She should be considered for promotion or a pay rise!
The rooms are good although the door arrangement in room 516( I think that was our room!)
is rather strange as there is a gap above when it partitions off from the bathroom which does not make it very private!
The order of the breakfast buffet should be improved eg milk before the cereal and bread before the hot breakfast and then the toaster!
It is ok unless there is a queue. Also surprised there was no bacon.
My feeling is that the seating area in front of reception should be partitioned off to give it a bit more coziness.
Overall though we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

I was very pleased with our stay at the Earl's Court Holiday Inn Express. Our room, in the Annex, was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast room was very clean and modern, and for the type of express buffet offered, it was very nice: everything from toast and jam to yogurt, cereal, croissants and eggs. My only complaint was that there was no dresser or closet to hang or store our clothes - just a small area with a few hangers. Even a luggage rack would have helped us not feel quite so much like were living out of our suitcases, but we did adapt. It was an easy 7-minute walk to the Underground at West Brompton too. All in all, a very nice hotel and I would happily stay there again!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mazanon Regular, no volvería
Desayuno correcto, tirando a escaso.

This was a very pleasent retreat, I took my mum , aunt and daughter to a show in earls court, this hotel couldn't have been better for location, bus routes and tube into Central London, with extremely helpful staff and great breakfast to start the day, would recommend to anyone , thank you to all the staff

Very handy hotel as we wanted something not too far from the Royal Albert Hall. Parking was good, underneath the annex of the hotel. Although we couldn't find the entrance to the car park to begin with. Our room was available when we arrived at 1
pm even though check in isn't usually until 2pm. Thanks, Holiday Inn Express Earls Court!
