The Hotel was spotless.our room perfect. Breakfast so much choice. And the cost of our room was great for London. I really cannot fault this Hotel in anyway. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff and great service All staff were very accommodating and seemed happy with their job. From the courtesy call I received the day before until the checkout day. On arrival we were greeted and assisted by staff when parking. The place is clean and smell good. We had a very relaxed stay. And the food and service were great too. The location is great - next to finchley road tube station, and just next to bus station. Just across the street there is nice shopping center. We'll surely come back! 07 November 2014
