Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel in outer London Nice and clean hotel close to Newbury Park underground. Easy access from M11 and parking available at cost. Reasonable breakfast, evening meals available and small bar/lounge area. No problems experienced would recommend. 11 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent transport links to London This hotel is warm, comfortable and very well priced. The staff are helpful, approachable and friendly. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 7th floor and had tremendous views over London from our room window. Will definitely stay here again as it represented excellent value for money and had nearby rail links to central London. 04 January 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible customer service and rooms not ready When we arrived they informed me I booked my room through an agency and that was why I was not informed of some important information I needed to check in. She told me "you should have called the hotel phone number directly".. I then told her I did call it directly, from their website. then she replied with "Oh well if we are too busy we will transfer you to the other agency for booking". I was not okay with the way I was treated. Then when we got to our room, there was only enough toilet paper for ONE PERSON to use the restroom ONE TIME. So we had to call down to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. And they took 25 minutes to bring it to us. one more thing, the walls are so thin I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. As well as the maids coming in 3 times before 9am!!! Oh and they laughing and talking with no consideration to the 3 sleeping people in the room. 04 December 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No internet! We have been to this hotel a few times before, and unfortunately each time we visit it goes down in our expectation. There are stickers all over the place which make it look really tacky. No internet access, despite calling reception a number of times. It was either broken or we kept being told we didn't need a code when we did - unfuriating!!! Mentioned in on departure, but as far as offering to take it further - nothing. Very disappointing for what was a nice hotel 22 November 2014
