Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy bed - disappointing breakfast Bed surprisingly comfortable and room very clean if basic but for a one night stay near the 02 it was ideal. My only gripe was that I was looking forward to a good old English breakfast. Sorely disappointed when the only cooked option was sausages beans and scrambled egg all of which I hate! Other options were Basic and since when did The British start having cheese for breakfast??? I did not like the self serve and self tidy idea either - more like McDonalds! 20 October 2014

The only problem was the noise from the window overlooking the main road outside. the window was locked firmly but the sound level was still high enough to disturb my sleep 16 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4th October 2014 I had a family room for me and 2 teenagers, to see Lee Evans at the O2. The hotel was a bit of a walk for me, but I'm unfit - and about 20 mins away. The actual hotel is excellent, just as it says 'Simple, Smart, Spot On". The rooms were very bright, with good TV, tea and coffee, comfy beds and immaculate linen. It was slightly noisy but I live in rural Wiltshire and used to no noise, but this isn't the hotel's fault - the noise from outside came in, only with the window open. The breakfast was lush - the scrambled eggs were particularly, perfectly flavoured with salt & pepper, thanks to the lady chef, apparently. All in all, we loved our stay and I didn't want to leave. 09 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT STAY, BUT ROOMS NEED A REFURB Friendly service from staff. Room comfortable. Carpet needed sweeping. Stains and marks on the walls, indication a refurb is needed. We have been staying here repeadly over the past 5 years for many shows at the O2. Always had a comfortable stay, and any issues are always quickly resolved. 08 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location for the O2 Arena I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for 1 night after seeing a show at O2 Arena. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and check in was quick and efficient. The bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great nights' sleep! The cooked breakfast was nice in the morning and again; the staff were efficient and friendly. I would recommend this hotel - especially if you are seeing a show/concert at the O2. It's literally a 15 minute walk to the Arena. 08 October 2014
