Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for the ATP tennis. The staff are excellent - always willing to answer questions and assist in any way they could. Breakfast was good - bacon would be a great addition to the menu but no complaints. Room was great - stayed on the top floor (7). Very quiet. I loved the microwave set- up close to reception. I used this to buy ready meals from the Tesco Express at the O2 instead of braving the restaurant madness there. Plates and cutlery are provided. A very useful and thoughtful addition by Holiday Inn. Avoid the fish-and-chips, which are straight out of the supermarket frozen aisle. Surprising as I've had the same dish much, much better at other HI Express hotels. November 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient for O2 We stayed in an accessible room as my husband is confined to a wheelchair. Lift to all floors , room located near lift, easy access everywhere. The wet room was useable, although the shower chair is quite small and does not have legs - so it feels a bit precarious if you area on the slightly larger side. Beds comfortable, breakfast good and staff excellent. If you want somewhere to stay after a concert - as we did - it takes away the hassle of jossling with the traffic to leave---- or leaving early to catch public transport. A short stroll and you are back in the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel ---- but why do people who are quite capable of using the stairs take the lift without any consideration for the wheelchair users !! We will stay again on our next visit to the O2 November 15, 2015
