Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely clean modern hotel close to excellent shopping and good links through London Hotel is ideal! New, clean, well positioned for reaching central London. Westfield shopping centre with loads of restaurants, a casino etc is 5 mins walk away. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Parking is steep at £20.00 per night but at least it's on site parking and your car is close. Overall, a perfect place for me and my family to stay. We will be back! 20 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by decent but nothing special in my opinion this property was not quite up to the standard of others in the same chain (and i often stay at them in different locations). the traffic noise from the street was quite noticeable throughout the night, the TV was an older style (compared to others in same chain) and to begin with i couldn't turn it on either from the remote or the buttons on the side. somehow by pressing a combination of buttons at once it eventually sprang into life. the breakfast buffet is hidden behind a wall from the dining room so as soon as you leave your seat to maybe get more items people clear away where you had been sitting (as they can't see you any more), also there was not a big selection of hot options. at busy times you will end up having to share long tables with other parties because there aren't enough tables. generally it was ok but not much cheaper than other more full-service options even though i booked long in advance and seemed a little uninspired. good location for olympic park, london aquatics and stratford (westfield etc) but i would probably look to try others before coming back here. 12 February 2015
