Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great hotel but breakfast could be improved Great hotel & friendly staff but very limited breakfast choice when compared to other holiday inn's. Cooked breakfast consisted of just beans, sausage and scrambled eggs. That said, the room, staff, location and overall stay was excellent. May 3, 2015

So the room was not good and wasn't relexing room anyway , once the sunrise in the next day , there was drilling noice above our room and we couldn't sleep , I asked the receptionist at That time to solve our problem and his solution was to transfer us to worset room in the hotel neer the elevator.Again same problem what surprised me the most is that when we checked out and while I was telling the next receptionist about my suffer last night , she admitted that it was in purpose to move us to the worset room in hotel near the elevator and it's was well know that this room is noisy room because the elevator in the end never to come back to this hotel all my life and I regret staying at this hotel regards sara April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Pleasant Stay The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay and the room was comfortable and very quiet, which is a huge bonus for London. The common areas in the hotel are adequate if a little spartan and I personally found the colour scheme and layout a little dispiriting (but that may just be me). The breakfast was what you would expect although significantly over-priced for what I had and I would probably go out if I were to stay at this hotel again. Although I have these few criticisms, none spoiled my overall stay which was welcoming and comfortable and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a place to stay in London.
