All the staff( including the cleaners) spoke to us and made us feel welcome. Will certainly be staying here again. 23 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by new years eve in London I booked 6 months ahead to get a good price, and had to pay for parking, in a very tight car park, the hotel is a bit tired looking, the staff are lovely, breakfast is the standard issue of food at the Express Inns, and as it is incorporated within the cost, is value for money. never got the newspaper was offered, no idea where it went, overall, a great choice for the fireworks and a couple of days in London with family, would recommend anyone here x 05 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place but we had BAD luck... The hotel is nice and the staff very helpfull in general. Unfortunately we had two very bad experiences....At 2am our bathroom started to make a weird noise which made it absolutely impossible to sleep. This seem to have been caused by some issues with the pipes that could obviously not be fixed during the night (fully understandable but very bad luck for us...). We were offered to move to another room but managed to stop the noise temporarily by flushing the toilet about 10 times....Second bad experience was breakfast which we (3 persons) obviously had late - around 9.45 am - as the night was a bit "dynamic". Even though the breakfast were supposed to be served until 10.30 there were litterally nothing but 4 croissants left and even though we asked and was told that refill would be done within 5 minutes we decided to leave again after 25 minutes which no change in supply...Evidently the manager was on holiday but still.......Besides those two bad experiences the hotel was really nice and the staff in reception did their best to accomodate so believe we were just unlucky... 05 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate, basic stay in well situated hotel Booking and reception were fine. Hotel could not cope at breakfast with number of guests. Showerhead required mending but this was dealt with efficiently. Lift was very slow and decided to walk downstairs on several occasions. 02 January 2015
