Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Has its good points but beware UK IHG properties are not the same as North America. Pros: Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Made us feel welcome and like we were staying with friends. Clean and no odour. Bathroom not too small and was functional. Breakfast was good, hot choices as well as lots of cereals, breads, fruits etc. Location not bad, some good restarants nearby. Highly recommend O Sole Mio. Best meal we had in the UK, fantastic authentic Italian with all Italian staff, made for a magical night. Cons: Super small room, barely room for 2 people and suitcases.Felt a bit claustrophobic. No toiletries supplied other than soap so make sure you have shampoo. No air conditioning and even though it was not super warm out, it is needed. fans are provided in room, our was never switched off. Noisy street at night. No bathtub but shower was adequate. I would recommend this property if you are only in London for a couple of nights max. Any longer and you will feel like you are in a shoebox. 26 August 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A wrong choice I booked this hotel expecting it would be like the other Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed it, but it was rather disappointing. The room was rather small and felt suffocating. The room was also smelly. The bathroom towels had hair on it and there is no aircon in the room. 21 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The location of the hotel was great Pimlico Tube station 5 minute walk and number 24 bus stop 3 minute walk taking you all the way to Strand via Victoria and Westminster. Good service from staff very pleasant. Breakfast good a good variety of food available. 18 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by London Trip The hotel was nice and thankfully we had excellent weather. I had booked a room for 2 but when I arrived my room only had a single bed in it. The staff was very nice and flexible and remedied the situation nicely. Our new room was nice and had everything we needed. The one thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that the hotel is not air conditioned except in the lobby. Also the breakfast was not very good - except for the croissants. 28 July 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay Away Do not go to this hotel when the weather is hot. There is no air conditioning, the room is small, there are no drawers in the room, no ice bucket, there was dirt on the "clean" towel and 1 pillow case. The selection of food for breakfast was poor. 25 July 2014

We realize that given it location in London the price would be high. We expected a lot more given the fact that it was part of the Holiday Inn Express Brand. 25 July 2014
