Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay Away Do not go to this hotel when the weather is hot. There is no air conditioning, the room is small, there are no drawers in the room, no ice bucket, there was dirt on the "clean" towel and 1 pillow case. The selection of food for breakfast was poor. 25 July 2014

We realize that given it location in London the price would be high. We expected a lot more given the fact that it was part of the Holiday Inn Express Brand. 25 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff but no air conditioning We enjoyed our stay in London and the location of the hotel was close to bus and underground. The staff was helpful and very friendly however the room was very hot and the hotel does not have air conditioning. They did provide a fan but there isn't an electrical outlet near the window. The room was very small and compared to American standards, we were not impressed. However in comparison to other London hotels, it was a good deal since it included breakfast which was very expensive in London. 24 July 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Restful stay not possible I have choosen this hotel because of the good location, very close to many sights and to victoria station. The room was clean and the room size for london fair enough. Unfortunately there was no aircondition in this room and the windows couldn't be opend more than 10cm. Because of very hot temperatures outside the room was heated up during the day and caused by the windowsbarrier there was no possibility to cool down the room before going to bed. Sleeping by about 30°C room temperature and very much noise caused by the road (2nd floor, window to the road) was nearly impossible. The windows in the room are old and there was more or less no noisedifference between open and closed window. 24 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful ok'd building in a great location I recently stayed at this hotel for one night whilst in London on business. The hotel is located on a beautiful old street in Pimlico, which us ideal for Central London. Pimlico tube us just around the corner and the 24 bus stops on Belgrave Aroad, where the hotel is located.. Overall, I was very impressed and I look forward to returning with my family in October. The pros: All the staff that I met were extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good. The location is fantastic The hotel us quite small which helps retain a sense of personal service A couple of areas for improvement: This hotel has a number of smoking rooms. I was originally allocated a smoking room, although the staff were very helpful when I asked to change. The rooms don't have air conditioning. During the current heat-wave, it was extremely hot in the room The room rates are relatively expensive considering Holiday Inn Express is a value brand 20 July 2014
