this hotel was ideal while working on business being opposite a zone 3 tube allowed easy access into london, parking was limited secure under the hotel but expensive at 20 per day not mentioned while booking. alternatives were also charged for and not secured (over the road public area). staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is ok to get your head down, I would not recommend having breakfast, go elsewhere, also be prepared to pay £20 to park your car overnight, regardless of whether its in the carpark or along a sidewall. However, the room was nice and clean as was the bathroom.

Comoda posizione per raggiungere il centro di Londra con la metro.

This was our third or fourth stay at this hotel. In the past we have always found it great value for money , the service has been first rate and we have had a very comfortable stay having slept well.
On our first night of our most recent stay we were given a newly built/ refurbished room, it was lovely. Very spacious with a more than pleasing bathroom . Just right in fact. Until we went to bed! The bed was way too hard and neither my husband or myself got any sleep, we cat napped all night and were exhausted the next day. My husband spoke to the duty manager , who we have always found very helpful , to ask if all of the beds were the same in the hotel. The hard beds had't been our previous experiences. The manager replied that he thought they were but wold talk to the housekeeper. It turned out there is a rolling programme of mattress replacement and this was a new mattress. The manager offered us a change of room which we gratefully accepted. The new room was not as modern and the bathroom wasn't as pleasing , but the bed was much much more comfortable which was the most important thing! We enjoyed the rest of our stay.
I am very worried about our next stay which won't be too far in the future as we may once again be given a 'new replacement ' mattress.

window does not shut properly allowing road noise and cold draft into the room, towels had holes in them, but the staff were outstanding and really welcoming
