I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and find the location very convenient as it is close to Colliers Wood Tube station and bus routes to Wimbledon and Kingston. As a Rewards Club member it is a bonus being able to check in early and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. I find it to be excellent value for money and breakfast is included. My only comment would be breakfast is always sausages, beans and scrambled egg and as we stayed 4 nights it got a bit boring, but I still think it is very good value. I would not mind paying extra for poached eggs or an omelette. The bed was comfortable and there was a new shower fitted. A few hooks for clothing and 2 drinking glasses would have been welcome in the bathroom, but overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great stay in London (family, 2+1)
A bit far from city centre but perfectly served by Northern Line, connected to Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross, Bank, Camden Town... all the places you want to visit in a three days trip around London.
Close to a big commercial area, parks, pubs and restaurants, the hotel is comfortable and quiet. The staff is kind, rooms are clean and the breakfast service - not guaranteed in many hotels in London - is quite good, though not so various.
I definitely reccomend this hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room, exactly as I'd hope for at such a price.
Unfortunately though the shower is not spacious (no big problem in itself), and the (rather large) soap dispenser is located in such a way that you can't move freely within the shower cubicle without hitting your arm. There is ample space in the cubicle for it to be located elsewhere without it being such a problem.
Breakfast was OK, but didn't even provide a basic muesli in the cereal selection, only sugar-added options unfortunately.
For me, the combination of the two above drawbacks will likely see me seek an alternative local option next time, unless I can secure a good option via my IHG rewards.
