Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 立地は良いが。。 エアポートからレンタカーで向かったが、看板が目立たずとなりのRAMADAだったか、、赤い看板に気を取られ行き過ぎてしまった。 車があれば立地も良く、設備、スタッフの対応も良く快適だが今回ダブルブッキングにあい予約した部屋が取れなかったのが残念。 01 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice stay i had to stay in beverly hills for surgery for a little over a week and this hotel choice was best for the price! from the first impression i did not like the look of the hotel specially coming for w olympic blvd because the shops next to it doesn't make the hotel look nice, the hallways also have a little weird smell like old or something but the room was great!! also, i didn't like the noise level. i could hear the people walking upstairs really loud so thats the bad part about it the a/c was amazing and tv cable was amazing as well! they have like bright house cable so i had a great variety of channels to watch (not the typical hotel channels) very convenient also was the in room microwave and empty fridge i say "empty" because hotel most of the time fill it up with useless over priced products so the fact that this one was empty giving me the choice to fill it up my self was great! there is also a very convenient grocery store right in front of the hotel so you can get you snack shopping! i also loved the staff on this hotel from the ladies that clean my room to the front desk everyone made me feel confortable and really good. over all i will most definitely come back if im staying long term this hotel is not so bad after all :) 28 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My stay I was glad to be on the second floor so we could easily take the stairs and not have to wait for the elevator. The noise level from the street (Olympic Blvd) was extremely loud, through the entire night. I found it very difficult to sleep. The front desk check-in person could have educated me on the choices of room location while I was checking in. The bathroom lighting was very poor since the light was out over the bathroom sink. I brought this to the attention of the front desk person two days in a row and nothing was ever done to fix it. I just gave up complaining about it during my last two days of my stay. 26 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good overall Good location. We stayed in the Loft Suite and overall the room was very nice - but it was facing the main road. The rooms were not sound proof and the Front Desk staff was not able to offer a similar room type facing the other side. The printer did not work and I had to email the documents to the Front Desk and he was kind enough to print it for me. The Internet speed and connection was good. Parking was fairly reasonable - but considering how much the Suite cost - it should have been included. 21 February 2015

We had to deal with a number of issues including downloading and preparing documentation, car rental, direcetions to the hospital etc etc.Rozi at the front desk was just amazing helping us with all these matters and also Janet when she was on duty.My wife and I are both aged 70 and could not have coped without your wonderful staff.They truly are a tribute to your company. 20 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No amenities The room in this hotel was fine, and the staff was very helpful and courteous, but there was a bad smell on our floor that didn't go away. Also we could smell sewer gas coming from the bathroom sink. The lobby is pint sized, and there is no fitness center and no restaurant. The tiny breakfast room doesn't have enough seating for the number of rooms in the hotel. The hotel across the street has only a sandwich shop, so you have to drive somewhere to eat. You also can walk about 3/4 mile to an outdoor shopping center, which has a nice food court, but if you come back after dark, you have to walk along a long wall or dark bushes; a little creepy for a woman. The hotel is on a busy street, so ask for a room away from the street so you won't hear traffic all night. 18 February 2015
