Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It's kind of OK I usually stay at IHG properties when I travel, and as IHG properties go this one I'd classify as kind of OK. The outside appearance of the hotel is good. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We purchased Febreeze at a local department store to try and cover the smell. There was a hole in the wall that had been poorly repaired which didn't fit what I'm accustom to at IHG properties. Also, the previous occupant had left pizza in the microwave which had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. May 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time at this property Booked this night through the app. The driving directions were a bit out of the way, But overall this was a nice property. Pillows are a little soft, I don't think housekeeping actually makes sure a "firm" pillow goes into a "firm" pillow case, but that's a minor detail. Staff was friendly and helpful. Typical, consistent, Holiday Inn Express service. May 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by check-in and out Upon arriving the lady we called at the national phone center had not completed the process and it took the young man at the desk a few moments to figure out what had happened but he took good care of us and got everything sorted out,he apologized which was unnecessary gave us a gift bag and we went to our room.Checking out is the easiest as all we did was turn in our keys and we're off.Thanks. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Night Sleep I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night to attend our church ladies retreat. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there were no towels/washcloths in the room and it appeared the 2nd set of pillows had not been attended to, the issue was immediately taken care of by housekeeping who were still in the halls. This was minor. More important was the quality of sleep I received as a result of the quietness of the hotel (my room was very close to the elevators) and the quality of the beds. I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area and will return next year for our annual retreat. May 6, 2015
