Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Room was clean, comfortable and quite. I liked that there is someone from the hotel overlooking the common space during breakfast.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by M.S.S. Where is the Recognition for IHG® Rewards Club Members . . .Comfortable Bed but Poor Service . . .
Actually I transferred to Holiday looking for a better stay since Holiday Inn is a big name related to Intercontinental Series, I found that the room was OK but there is too much noise while the room service were working for other rooms and the doors were causing very high noise when closed for all the nearby rooms, the location was perfect for me as it was beside my office, But the biggest problem for this hotel is the Customer-Care manager (David) and his attitude is so bad with the guests, not professional at all and I am not the only one who experienced this attitude, myself and other colleagues, If any investigation from IGH is carried I will be there for further info, the last thing is my nights are not all claimed to my IHG account and the response from David was strange that he added the no and he has done all what he is supposed to do!!!, Actually he is the one who is responsible to track my case till all the nights are added not only 2 nights from an overall stay of 21 nights!!! and till now it's not yet solved, Where is the Recognition for IHG® Rewards Club Members?!!!
To be honest there is a lady there whom I forget her name, she was so helpful with a great attitude and very professional way to deal with her guests, I would like to send to her all my thanks for her attitude to deal with te customer and I wish I could reach her to solve my issue about my missing nights . . .
