Nice hotel but due to alterations on the industrial hotel, sent around a bit by sat-nav. Customers need to head for the El Cotes Ingles Store to pick up the signs. Good resturant there too. Train station convenient and staff very helpful.

The hotel was convenient for the Madrid ring road and near two rail stations with plentiful parking so that it was easy to travel in to central Madrid. The staff were friendly and helpful. The quality was what you would expect from HI Express and good nights sleep was had by the family. It is also near a shopping centre which you can walk to but were clearly meant to drive to. We got lost trying to find an exit from El Corte Ingles the biggest one I have eever visited

Muy completo y confortable, el trato del personal inmejorable.
Viajo casi todas semanas a la zona por trabajo y este hotel es la mejor opción. Me encuentro en el como en casa.

Llevamos dos años viniendo y el trato es muy agradable, y las habitaciones estan bastante bien para el precio que vale. Lo unico es el desayuno, que no es que este mal pero podia tener mas variedad. Por lo demas estupendo como dije anteriormente.

The hotel is about 40 minutes away from downtown Madrid.
The breakfast is adequate with good variety.
We had one problem for a day with the AC, we informed the reception staff and it was fixed the following day.
Free parking outside. If you are walking to the nearest train station, it is a good walk (3 minutes by car).
I recommend this place if you are not looking into comuting to City Centre everyday.

This is the best value hotel in term of the price, convenient level, free internet in room for priority member, free breakfast, clean bed sheet, nice staff, coffee maker in room & ... for a 2.5 star hotel comparing with 3 ~ 5 star like AC Hotels in Spain. If you have a car, then the distance to the central city becomes no problem. We all like it.

Car parking was not working. Nobody answering the bell ring outside of the hotel. The main carpark entrance door was not working. Poor check out with an inefficient staff. Check in was very quick and efficient. I had to wait 10 minutes for a staff to arrive at the check out. Then it took 5 minutes to get the bill and to pay. THen I had to wait 10 additional minutes to pay an additional 0,75 Euros for the phone call which was not included on the first bill. The Credit card machine was no longer working. I had to pay 0,75 Euros cash, whereas I lost 25 minutes to check out and thus was not able to have breakfast which I had paid. So I did not take the breakfast I have paid and HAD to wait to pay the 0,75 Euros. It was surreal!
The end of the story is that I missed my plane at the airport this day. Because I arrived 10 minutes too late. I had to pay an additional 70 Euros to change my flight ticket.
