Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel but bed are to soft The Hotel was very nice, clean and bright. The front desk staff was very helpful and wonderful. The room was clean and nice. The mattresses on the bed were to soft. I felt like I kept rolling to the center of the bed and then the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. This was not helpful in the middle of the night. The pool was closed when we were there. I wish that would have been mentioned on the website before we booked. The hotel had an arrangement with another hotel to use their pool but with small children it can be difficult for everyone to get swimsuits on and get over there. 06 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and wonderful staff. We stayed 2 days. Our room was very comfortable and clean. the breakfast was wonderful but the waffle machine didn't work. The person taking care of the breakfast area was very clean and efficient. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Our main problems were hotel maintenance: The pool was empty, the waffle machine didn't work, the business center computers didn't work properly. Everything else was wonderful. 01 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The standard room I booked was not quite ready when I arrived a little early in the day, but the staff set me up in a suite for the same price and even walked with me to look at the suite and make sure it was what I wanted as they had 2 different types of suites. They smiled and greeted me every single time I walked past the front desk. Thumbs up to the staff. 24 March 2015
