Was met by quite a stern and unfriendly lady at reception who was very clinical and sounded like she couldn't care less if you stayed there or not. Room was dark and the bed a little to soft and saggy. All night long we had noise from the 24 hour shop below our room and when we mentioned it to the manager next morning he looked at us as if we were making it up and offered nothing in the way of an apoligy. Wont be staying again!! 10 December 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by One of the worst customer service provided I have been waiting for 6 weeks for things to be corrected before I give this review. However the staff did not seem to care. As such, I am writing this due to the following reasons: 1. Despite a mistake on the number of guest reserved per room due to technical problem with the website I used, I cleared all the payment STRAIGHT AWAY during check-in. Before I left the hotel, I double checked with the receptionist that there was not anything outstanding. However, 4 days later I was charged extra without any bill or statement sent to my email or postal address, I emailed the staff at this hotel on multiple occasions and not until I made direct contact with customer care of the hotel group, they admitted their mistake. They promised that they would return the incorrectly charged sum to me within several working days. More than 10 days passed, I received nothing, not even an apology. 2. The manager was not very approachable when I checked-in. Instead of greeting me and giving me an answer face-to-face at front desk, he instructed his staff (who was not familiar with the situation and solution) to solve the problem. Yes, thank you for providing the solution but as I was standing right in front of you, it would be more polite if you could just talk to me? With a service like this, I find myself very reluctant to stay at this hotel ever again. 06 December 2014
