Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Everything from the service, the food to the rooms were first class. The staff on the information desk were lovely & friendly and helped us find our way around manchester, only too happy to help. Some great pubs & restaurants close by and only 15 mins walk or take the free bus into the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I know when we come to Manchester again, we'll be staying here. November 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Fantastic location, modern and comfortable bedroom. In Manchester for the weekend for both business and leisure. Hotel is located perfectly - not far from Manchester Piccadilly although given the delightful weather up North we took a taxi to the hotel to avoid getting absolutely drenched! Very impressed with hotel, never had such an easy and quick check-in/check-out. Room was bigger than expected and very clean and modern. Hotel wasn't the cheapest but this was to be expected as there was a big event going on that weekend in Manchester. Hotel is right next to a Spar which is actually open all night (I think) so is very handy. Duty manager Waseem was very helpful too. One night we were heading out, called reception to see if we could borrow an ironing board - we'd barely put the phone down and there was a knock at the door and a gentleman was there with an ironing board for us.. Great service! Next time we're up North, would definitely check this place out first to see if they have any spare rooms. November 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Well planned and comfortable wheelchair-friendly accommodation Spacious and well thought-out room and bathroom for a couple with one wheelchair. Although the barely double bed is a little too small, there is room to manoeuvre. Fixtures and fittings are attractive and the room - on the 10th floor - was well above the noise on the streets below. Bathroom has a real wet-room with good shower chair that did not get too wet. Wash basin unaccountably small but OK. Breakfast was good, with fresh bread rolls and baked goods, and nice cooked option (although no bacon, only sausage for some reason). Kind staff allowed me to take a tray up to the room for my wife. Welcoming front desk staff and location fine for central Manchester. November 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great welcome, superb sevice and top location I needed to stay close to Oxford Road railway station in Manchester and this is the most convenient, has great facilities and service. The welcome is professional and genuine at reception and the team can't do enough to help you. The rooms are very well equipped and the bar is a nice touch for a quiet drink in the evening - away from the noise and crowds found in most pub - with a reasonable selection of drinks. I would not hesitate to stay here again. November 22, 2015

Breakfast options basic, I did not enjoy cooked items, but I may just have been unlucky. I would however use this hotel again. November 21, 2015

Arrived at hotel to find 5 members of staff behind the reception desk with only one person in front of me booking in, however I still had to wait 15 minutes to book in. The booking was then found to be incorrect, I had amended it online the day before arriving but this had not gone through onto the system they were looking at even though I had email confirmation of the changes. I was asked as a member to spin the wheel of fortune and won a 1000 points which would be added to my account, you can guess the rest. Hotel lovely and clean, a good location and price just spoilt by indifferent staff and systems. November 19, 2015
