Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unsettling The hotel website doesn't offer a proper description of the packages and prices, the staff failed to notify us on this problems and even though we bought a package and paid for that one, the site changed the type of reservation and we were not given what we had promised. I talked to the manager and he was no willing to cooperate and treated me like he was superior than me and I was some little brat. When I asked if I could write a report on the service, he gave me a blank piece of paper and told me "I'll make sure this gets through." it of course never did. The hotel rooms are not really prepared for paraplegic guests, they don't have railings in the toilets or close to the bed, someone in this situation wouldn't make it by themselves. The hotel was full of football kids who were playing all day long with the elevators and the staff failed to control them. Only some female hostess and the kitchen staff was very nice and really acted like they cared. 27 May 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel in a nice town Very nice HIE. Lobby, breakfast area as well as my room , they are all spacious and well maintained. Love their breakfast. It is not just typical breakfast at the HIE hotels in US. It is short walk to the huge mall. A little bit far from downtown but taxi is not expensive. Staff and the services are excellent. Definitely stay here if I come back to this town. 28 January 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Personal del hotel que Miente El día de ayer traté de hacer una reservación en este hotel que en dos ocasiones anteriores me aceptaron con mis perros los cuales están muy adiestrados y no hacen ruido, cuando solicité hacer la reservación la Señorita de reservaciones me comentó que los huéspedes se habían quejado por que "mis perros hacían mucho ruido". Quiero aclarar que mis perros son muy callados, están acostumbrados a viajar y hospedarse en distintos hoteles y siempre han sido muy callados y no se dan a notar dentro de los hoteles. Lo que mas me molesta es que mientan diciendo que por culpa de mis perros dejaron de recibir canes dentro del hotel, cabe aclarar que cuando llegamos y nos vamos el personal de recepción nos han dicho que están sorprendidos de lo educados de mis perros. En todo caso si hubiese habido un problema supongo que me lo hubieran hecho saber en el momento que estaba hospedado o al momento de checar mi salida del hotel. Lo increíble es que el personal de recepción haya comento lo educado de mis perros y esta señorita de reservaciones tenga el atrevimiento de mentir cuando ella misma me comentó que es nueva en el hotel. Una vez que me dicen lo anteriormente expuesto solicito hablar con el Gerente del hotel sobre esta situación, este ha sido incapaz de tomar mis llamadas y le pide a su personal que me comuniquen esto, en verdad un gerente de hotel debe ver por sus huéspedes frecuentes y cuando un cliente le es fiel a una cadena de hoteles debe hacerse tiempo para atender a sus clientes. En fin tengan cuidado con este hotel pues pueden llegar a mentir como en mi caso. 31 October 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DISPONIBILIDAD Este hotel en particular es excelente para quienes trabajamos en temas de turismo empresarial particularmente con expos... fente al centro de convenciones habitaciones suficientemente bien equipadas, decoración, mobiliario y arquitectura contemporánea; muy adecuada para nuestro perfil. Como expositor tenía requerimientos especiales que fueron cubiertos con la mejor de las disposiciones de los empleados del hotel; el centro de negocios muy bien también en términos generales. Si hubo excepciones, pero entendibles. El servcio de comida MUY LIMITADO en todo sentidos, variedad, horario, etc... La diferencia de este hotel VS el que tienen frente al WTC de DF... de las mismas condiciones es notable. (Ello son muy malitos) Felicidades 06 October 2012
