THEY DID MENTIONED WE NEEDED TO GET THE BREAKFAST CUPONS.....WE COMMENTED ON THE INTERNET BEING SLOW AND THEY SAD THEYHAD TOO MANY ROOMS. INTERNET NOT GOOD....VERY SLOW AND NOT EASY TO GE TO.....CHANGE PASSWORD EVERY DAY AND NEED TO ASK EVERY DAY FOR THE PWD. ROOMS NOISY WATER RUNNIGN SHOWER AND TOILETS TOO NOISY. YOU CAN HEAR THE STEPS IN THE ROOM ABOVE OURS. RENTED TWO ROOMS FOR 3 NIGHTS MORE THAN 800 USD.... NOT WORTH IT. 04 May 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Buen precio, regular servicio El Hotel ofrece buena calidad y limpieza, esta muy bien ubicado, pero a mi me toco que la habitacion no tuviera toallas para el baño, ni toalla para las manos, y tardaron mucho en darnos una sola toalla, y el menu del desayuno bufet es muy poco variado, yo creo que la pensaria 3 veces antes de regresar a este hotel. Even if you arrive for a late check-in.... you would think they had plenty of time to clean the room, but no... they send a maid to do an "express cleaning". When I arrived to the room I found all kind of garbage in floor, yes they didnt sweep nor mop the room, and the worst part I could see the fresh urine stains in the toilet seat. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good for business. No frills. No safety box. The hotel is a very average Holiday Inn Express. Conveniently located next to the WTC, that would be the highlight of this location. The rooms are dated and need serious upkeep. There are no safety boxes in the room. An ESSENTIAL feature in a place like Mexico City. Breakfast room is small, insufficient and VERY noisy. However, the food (though average) is tasty. 07 April 2014

If you need the internet for your work, DO NOT STAY HERE. Also the breakfast area is the worst place I´ve seen, lots of noise, horrible experience. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Could have been better I read some reviews before my stay in this property and thought I may be biased, but it us actually according to most of the opinions. The rooms are smaller than other Express hotels I've been to, as well as the bed (which is a bit too soft and uncomfortable). There are not "soft" and "firm" pillows -not even pillowcases- just some worn out ones. When I arrived, some thorough cleaning was going on some rooms across the hall- the noise was unbearable (and I had planned to sleep). The big screens are unreasonable, since the cable signal is poor. Luckily, everything was clean and shiny, the staff was friendly and attentive and breakfast was quite nice. So, if you're passing by Mexico City and need a place to stay near WTC, it is a good option (though the neighbouring Crowne Plaza seems to promise a better stay). 02 April 2014

No lo valore altamente principalmente por lo relacionado a la explicacion de los costos, la recepcionista nunca me explico el detalle de la cuenta y el resumen de la misma es muy confuso con mucho codigo y fechas repetidad. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Buena ubicación El lugar está en una excelente ubicación, por las noches permite un descanso con bastante tranquilidad. La habitación es algo reducida además de que el lugar donde se encuentra el lavabo y tocador de baño me parece algo incómodo. No encontré alguna cajonera para guardar ropa ni tampoco caja de seguridad cosa que creo deberían tener. En resumen creo que cumple con lo mínimo pero sin superar expectativas, para estancias cortas o de negocios creo que podría ser un lugar idóneo, para estancias de placer buscaría otras opciones de la cadena. 21 March 2014

WE ASKED FOR SOME THING TO ROOM SERVICE, AND IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO BRING US SOME DRESSING FOR OUR SALAD. I HAD BOOKED A ROOM WITH KING BED, AND THEY GAVE US A ROOM WITH ONE SMALL BED, SO I HAD TO ASK FOR A CHANGE, AND THEY CHANGED US BUT THE MAN WASNT VERY FRIENDLY.
