Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by La peor experiencia en cadena IHG Con mucho la peor experiencia en IHG que he tenido. Han sido 3 mis hospedajes y en las 3 he tenido problemas que en ningún hotel se han presentado. La primer estancia me dieron una habitacion sucia, La segunda estancia me asignaron una habitacion bloqueada por mantenimiento. Pero de sucia obviamente. La tercera vez tuvieron a mi familia esperando en el lobby porque no se asignaba mi habitación. En cada una he preguntado por upgrades y ni siquiera recibo una respuesta, ya sea que se pueda o no sea factible. Para ser miembro platinum elite de IHG, es el único hotel de la cadena donde me arrepiento de hospedarme. Y supongo que debe ser notorio porque no me llegó a mi correo la solicitud de feedback. La infraestructura es buena y cuando por fin me asignan una habitación que si esté limpia, puedes acomodarte bien. Y su ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno es acorde a HI Express. Pero sus contras son mucho mayores a sus pro´s, al punto de que prefiero hospedarme en un hotel mas lejano a mi centro de trabajo a aceptar este tipo de servicio. Traté de ser objetivo en la descripción y claro en la percepción. Espero sirva para mejorar su desempeño para otros futuros clientes. June 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Costo de Estacionamiento Exagerado Considero que el hotel en general tiene un buen mantenimiento, y el servicio del personal es agradable, pero considero que el costo por estacionamiento es excesivo, yo trabajo en hoteleria y considero que el costo para huéspedes debería ser menor o nulo.
