Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lowest Wi-Fi in the world, Noisy A/C…and many more Make sure you have your own internet if you wan to work, counting on the hotel one is a waste of time in the rooms. Response of the staff "come down to the lobby it is faster" …. no it is not. Take ear plugs if you want to sleep with the A/C on. One of the worse HIExpress in the area BY FAR. There are other hotels nearby much much newer and better for less price…just chose HIExpress b/c I am loyal to the fidelity program…but in this hotel they completely ignore your membership status. Pool and Gym in hotels nearby, take the shuttle…every 30 minutes --not a joke. Should clearly say. Won't see me there again for sure. June 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FRIENDLY, CARING STAFF I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at the Miami Airport Central-Miami Springs location recently, before and after a trip out of the country. I chose the Inn because of the reasonable price. When I booked the reservation it ws was done through the main office, but when I called this specific location about whether or not I could leave a bag there between stays my phone call was personally returned by the manager who left me the nicest message guaranteeing that my needs would be met . On both occasions I felt very taken care of by the staff at the front desk. They made me feel "at home," which is an unusual experience at a chain hotel. At one point I asked about the best way to meet a friend in South Beach and the staff member gave me a printout of the bus route and times and a very detailed description of how to get to exactly where I wanted to go. The three shuttle drivers (the same woman dropped us off at the airport after each stay) were equally friendly, informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Inn to others who want to stay near the Miami Airport. June 9, 2015
