Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty Good Our experience at the Kendall East location was good. Our suite was cleaned meticulously each day which was greatly appreciated, and the exercise room and laundry facility came in handy. It was also nice to have access to a computer in the lobby and to be able to use the printer free of charge. I felt the breakfast selection was excellent. My boys wished there had been a waffle maker, but otherwise it was great. Things that could have been better include the size of the beds. We're used to sleeping in queen sized beds and felt pretty cramped in the full sized beds. I also wished the pool was heated so we could have enjoyed using it, and it was strange that you didn't need a key card to go out to the pool, but you needed one to get back into the hotel from the pool enclosure. This caught me off guard a few times and I had to walk around the building to re-enter. I think that should definitely be changed! Our overall experience was good though.
