The hotel is clean but did not exactly love it. I have to stay in the area due to work location and this hotel has the best rates.

Suited my needs perfectly for a place to stay for a few days close to American Welding Society headquarters. Clean, comfortable, very courteous staff. Good breakfast. Since no in-house restaurant rooms should have microwave ovens. Shuttle driver back to airport was courteous and friendly.

I expected the room to be nicer. The breakfast was great and we had a good nights sleep. Unfortunately the bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and it was very hot in the bathroom. The room looked dated and the hallway smelled like smoke and air freshener.

This was a great location and everyplace we needed to go to was close by. The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for parking and the area seemed just fine. I would recommend this especially if you need to be near the airport or have some time for shopping!

I had a quick stay at this property. As I was stuck in Miami for the night. The shuttle driver Carlos was great and super welcoming. Room was typica and cozy. I had one hiccup upon departure. The GM Kenneth Cardona got in touch with me right away and. We came to a fair resolution. It seems that the management really cares about guest experience and I find this very important as a very frequent guest. Great job Kenneth.
