Surprised that the furniture in the lobby area was dirty and threadbare; carpeting in lobby and breakfast area was not vacuumed; decorative windows there appeared as though they had not been cleaned in a while. Food was adequate. Host at main desk was aloof, distant and spoke in a very quiet voice, heavy accent which did not impart a welcoming atmosphere. June 28, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre at Best Overcharged multiple times for the same 1 night stay on my card. Fraudulent activity occurred after my stay (within hours with a similar name property) No one was ever at front desk, waited 15-20 minutes to find someone to check me in (for a wedding). Housekeeping staff were too busy socializing with each other to deal with any questions or requests that I had and kept sending me to front desk (even for missing toiletries and towels). Again, no one ever at front desk. June 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff The hotel overall was clean and comfortable. The internet access is very poor after 8 or 9 pm. When taking the stairs at either end of the hotel to go outside for a cigarette I found the stairwells had some small amounts of litter in the and were dirty overall. your towel policy that is posted in the room is not followed by house cleaning. I can appreciate their desire to give me a new clean towel everyday but it is not required. The placard in the bathroom says its replaced if it's on the floor and stays for another use if it's hung up. This is the hotels commitment to reducing it's impact on the environment. That's a great idea, I use the same towel 2 or 3 times at home to reduce my impact on the environment, please let me do that at your hotel when I stay there like your sign says you do. Same thing with the soap bars. I don't throw the soap bar out after using it only one time at home because it would be a waste. Why do you throw out my soap bar used only once, every day? Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Milton Better Internet at McDonalds Hotel is Average as far as most things go. But the internet is Horrible. Have spent more time complaining about this, but every time i ask the front desk they tell me they have done work on it. But it never improves. Disconnected often in the Room and the Security Code you have to Enter Continually is so long it is laughable. I can get a better guest connection at most public places without having to be a paying customer. Fix! June 15, 2015
