Upon arrival we had friends come to see us at the hotel and there was no lounge area to sit at; the breakfast area with tables was closed off and the restaurant that was affiliated to the hotel was closed therefore having 6 adults into my room was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre as all fruit looked old especially the bananas and slim pickings. The pool area was okay but the pool was very cold that my children only stayed in for 15 minutes unwillingly but this is why we stayed there for the morning swim. Therefore overall I would definitely not recommend or stay at this hotel again, next time in the are a I will travel further to stay at a different IHG hotel.
Total different experience from the previous night stay at the St. Jacobs/Waterloo Holiday Inn that we very much enjoyed; and would stay there again.

We were here for a 40th retirement party at the Brampton Golf and Country Club and did enjoy our stay at the Holiday Inn Express

This hotel was a great value for our purpose in staying, the staff were courteous, however they missed the mark in cleaning the room after the first night of our stay

Staff greeting us friendly. The room was very nice and the breakfast the next morning more than adequate to start the day.

No complaints. Everything was to my liking. The internet was quite responsive, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with enough choices to satisfy most.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, he asked us if there was anything more he could do for us and we advised him that we had forgotten to pack some personal care items, he then provided us what we were missing for free and anything else we needed was on hand for us to purchase.

I was very pleased with the amenities and staff at this hotel. I frequently stay at IHG hotels as I know the quality will be good or better and because I accumulate points through the reward system. As a Gold level card holder, I was upgraded to a suite, which was quite nice.....I just wish I could have stayed long enough to enjoy it!!! If there was one thing that I would rate as low, it was the rubbery eggs at breakfast. Otherwise, all good or better here.
