Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One Night Stay I was very pleased with the amenities and staff at this hotel. I frequently stay at IHG hotels as I know the quality will be good or better and because I accumulate points through the reward system. As a Gold level card holder, I was upgraded to a suite, which was quite nice.....I just wish I could have stayed long enough to enjoy it!!! If there was one thing that I would rate as low, it was the rubbery eggs at breakfast. Otherwise, all good or better here. 15 June 2014

The breakfast is as good as most Holiday Inn Expresses 4. Wireless Internet was adequate but not as fast as other places. 5. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service I found this Hotel quite by accident. It was just down the street from an event I was attending. The first person I spoke with was Saadia on the Front Desk. She is very pleasant and accomodating. As is Anna. When I call they recognize my voice and welcome me back. If there is a small problem with the room, I advise the staff and it is taken care of efficiently. I feel like part of the Family 08 January 2014

We had a two bed, one pull out couch suite. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was fine. Staff were very nice. 29 December 2013

Turned heat on very very slow towarm up. 30 min. latter still 56-- called front desk and was told it should be warming up soon! Went for dinner gone ahour and half, returned to a 61degree room, called front desk again was told it takes awhile to heat up! Went to bed , woke in morning still only 68 ? Not avery memoriable stay! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by spent many weeks I spend a few weeks at this hotel. The staff were excellent to deal with, the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet in general. The breakfast room was always clean and always had plenty of food with a variety expected for this type of hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Mississauga are. It is near the 407 and has a few restaurants within walking distance and a restaurant that delivers to your room with a 10% discount. 25 October 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable beds but poor service I recently traveled to Mississauga and stayed at this property as it was the closest to my place of business. Everything else was as expected but when I went to breakfast in the morning, there were a few surprises. I signature cinnamon rolls that holiday inn express has at all its locations were completely dry, as if they had been reheated from the day earlier, also there was only 3 of them by the time I had breakfast at 8am. Once those 3 were eaten by other visitors of the hotel, I waited and waited for someone to come replace them with more as there was still over an hour remaining in breakfast. No one came to replace the cinnamon rolls, so I had to ask someone to put some more out there but I was informed that they don't have anymore. Furthermore, the cupcakes were not the same holiday inn express cupcakes found on their other properties, instead they were some cheap no-name brand, full of pure sugar, cupcakes. The whole breakfast selection was terrible, with very poor selection and display of food items. The reason I like the stay at the same brand of hotel chains is because there is consistency of what you can expect and the familiarity of everything helps the stay feel like home. The service provided at this property though is far below the standards of holiday inn express. 01 October 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Service Stayed 2 nights at this place, we usually stay here and we do not have a bad experience. on this occasion our room washroom kept flushing it self every 10 -15mins. We did call a few times to notify the front desk. Someone did come up and as soon as he walked in the toilet started acting up. He really didnt do anything and told us the washroom was fine. Complained a few more times and nothing was done about it. The front desk clerk came up with the maid and said that she stayed in the room for 10 minutes and nothing happened. She told us the room was fine. We did ask for a discount and was told no. Felt as if they didnt care to make us happy, we were told that next time we stay here they will not put us in the same room. Ask to speak to a manager and was told he was not available. 26 August 2013
