Fue una buena experiencia, el personal esta a la altura del servicio y de la cadena, las instalaciones están muy cómodas y tienes cerca del hotel varias opciones de alimento o diversión

There were 3 ladies at the front desk when I arrived for check in but only one of them was actually checking the guests. It was kind of frustrating to have 2 girls sit around while I wait 20 mins to get my room. Other than that everything was perfect.

Me parece que el servicio del desayuno hasta las 10 de la mañana en fin de semana es una burla para los huéspedes ya que normalmente estos días son de descanso y tiene uno que despertarse muy temprano si queremos desayunar, me comentaban en recepción que el servicio lo proporciona Martin S restaurant y que esa es la hora hasta la que pueden, creo que el que paga manda y si Martin S regala el desayuno pues que el ponga sus condiciones pero si lo esta cobrando quien pone las condiciones seria el Hotel así que por ese motivo yo no regresaría con este Hotel específicamente hasta saber que los huéspedes están antes que los proveedores de alimentos que prestan un servicio deficiente Gracias.

Room was smelly. Like old carpet and humidity. Bathroom smelly even before using it. Lacks ventilation the bathroom.
Excellent the breakfast.
I may not return unless is remodeled.

I don't usually leave feedback but this time is a must.
To being with, this hotel is overdue for an update. It's dirty, there are places that looks like no one has ever passed a vacuum or a broom.
I requested a room close to the pool but I was assigned a room far from it.
The hot and cold water faucet at the bath tub is labeled backwards. Red(hot) on the right and Blue(cold) on the left. I had to call maintenance to find out why there was no hot water coming out. His response "Oh yes that's how we do it in here" Really?
Worst of all was the attitude of the employees working the front desk AM shift on October 28/2013.
Check in on 10/27/2013 at night time was fair.
They couldn't make a courtesy phone call and wanted to charge for the call to another HIE in Mexico (unbelievable).
If this is how they treat their loyal gold members I can just imagine how they treat the non members.
The staff at the restaurant was great; breakfast selection is fair for the price.
Their exercise room is small, old and lacks equipment with only two pieces to offer the third piece is a bench, not much you can do with it.
Don't be fooled by those pictures posted on their site, they're deceiving. Notice how they don't show you the rooms, exercise cave, restaurant etc. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody and yes I will NOT be coming back to this location.
Please do not bother to write back or excuse your hotel, damage has been done.

In general my stay was good, but one of the elevators was not working and the water pressure in the shower was too low.
