The staff were particularly welcoming and check in and out was a breeze.
The room was clean and comfortable although the water pressure in the shower is a bit on the low side.
Parking near the hotel seems to be a problem and is recommended to try and reserve a secure parking slot when booking.
The location is convenient to the Autoroute and has a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance in the Odyssium shopping complex.
I would certainly use again if in the area.

Personal atento elegantes y con idiomas,
La ubicación muy bien para la salida a la autopista y enlazar con otras ciudades y alejada del centro de la ciudad, si bien conectada con transporte publico.
Habitación confortable y limpia, lavabo completo, falta un armario y a la cama principal muy cómoda le faltaba una sabana ya que había edredón directo. Televisión grande y con canales internacionales, la wifi con buena recepción.
El desayuno bueno y si bien fallaban uno de los dispensadores de café, se mejoraría mucho con algún complemento caliente sobre todo de huevos fritos o tortilla,
Dispone de una piscina exterior pequeña y acogedora que no fue utilizada.
Recomendable para asuntos de trabajo especialmente.
No defrauda a los que ya hayan disfrutado de otros hoteles de la cadena, en mi caso Valencia y Madrid.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 cheques vacances not accepted and not mentioned at reservation time
i was very surprised and would have changes my reservation type when I discovered that I couldn't pay with cheques vacances, which is a very popular and safe way to pay hotel rooms in france. I would have saved 25% of my expense. Additionally I had to pay on my arrival the entire fee for my stay, it is very strange business approach a i am being a Platinum member for many years.
I will not recommend the IHG hotel in Montpellier to my entourage ( personal and business) due to these strange business behaviour which apply to all the hotels of this area.
I am writing in english to make sure that USA IHG management get my comments in the right form.
