Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel to stay This hotel is similar to other Holiday Inn express hotels, small but neat rooms, good breakfast. Reasonably close to the railway station to travel to Munich (need to get a taxi/bus though) There were no English channels on tv, though the Tv guide in the room says those channels are available. 23 February 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express The hotel in all was adequate for what I was looking for. The room was a bit noisy if you crack open the window. Not much extra space in the room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Limited free parking outside, but I always managed to find a parking spot. The hotel is off a main hi way without close by shops and restaurants. Good value for the money. All rooms are the same, so no chance for an upgrade. I recommend this place if you have a car and you want to be in the east part of town. 27 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but bad location if you are going to use public transport We stayed at Holiday Inn Mess in Munich last week for 7 days. The room was clean and had everything we needed , a breakfast was tasty and rich. The Staff was friendly. But, it has two serious disadvantages: no free Wi-Fi , no public transport from the train station to the hotel after 19.00 and on SAT+SUN. So , I would really recommend this hotel for those travelling by car , for those who are not looking for free Wi-Fi, or for those who like to walk for 20-25 min in the evenings and weekends (the weather sometimes was cold and not pleasant). But, still we really enjoyed our staying and would like to thank the Staff. Valentina and Oleg. Israel. 20 December 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good service/poor location Service is good, rooms are good, but has no restaurant and is miles from the city. Nearest train station is in a small sleepy village 1.5 miles from hotel, with a bus service to hotel that only runs up to 1900 hours on on a week day and NOT AT ALL at the weekends, Taxis are not available at the station, so had to walk in the freezing weather 1.5 miles over a major highway to the hotel Only recommended if you have a car 22 November 2013
