I noticed coming and going of other guest as well as ice usage on my floor. First time for me with this issue. 08 December 2014

Her and the desk clerk thanked me for being a platinum member of IHG. It was what I would call good old professional courtesy..I was impressed again of the job they do in New iberia. 05 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a pleasure I have always enjoyed this hotel. The area in which it resides is filled with amazing food, good work, and always something to do. The hotel itself is always a leisure trip even when I'm there solely for work. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are built to make you feel at home. The only issues I've ever encountered is not exclusive to this chain of hotel but to most, and that is the air conditioning. I always find it either too hot or too cold due to the wall units inability to remove humidity properly. although it is easy to just make it cold and bundle up. The breakfast in the Great Room is standard Holiday Inn with a plethora of options. Unfortunately I do not take the time to sit down at the breakfast to even know whether you're getting the bang for buck. The overall experience of this hotel and the chain is very positive and I look forward to continuing my business with them. Seeing how I have a traveling job, business will be good. 13 November 2014
