Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great visit in Manhattant Great staff, comfortable beds, high functioning A/C, free hot breakfast, and free wifi are all great amenities in this hotel. The only downfall was that it was not extremely close to any of the subway stations. But, I would stay here again. 09 July 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superior service in a comfortable hotel We couldn't have asked for better service from the staff. Management, front desk, breakfast staff were all over the top exceptional! We were very comfortable in our room and were pleased to be so close to the Javitts Center where we were participating in a trade show. Great staff, great service, great hotel - within walking distance to everything! 06 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay This hotel is a few blocks away from Times Square but still in walking distance. A parking garage is nearby (a block away) for $30 a day when validated by hotel. Room was ready hours before check in time. Rooms 02 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Good Stay Overall, I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Midtown Manhattan. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed for one night with our two young adult children and they also enjoyed the stay. The room was a bit small for four adults however, i would trade room size for cleanliness any day. I would be happy to stay here again the next time I'm in Manhattan. 30 June 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and simple This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is competent, polite and friendly. The room I stayed in was small but was clean had everything that I needed. It looked out onto a brick wall (which didn't matter to me, because it meant not facing the street and hearing that noise). Downsides are factors that Holiday Inn can't control: a bit of a walk to the nearest subway (2 blocks and 2.5 avenues) and the street that it is located on is dirty and unappealing - lots of garbage everywhere, both thrown on the ground and stacked high in and out of bags. Because of this, I will choose another hotel next time. 29 June 2014
