Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent proximity to sites Loved our stay with you. The staff were exceptional and really went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient. All the staff were. We changed our stay from 3 nights to 4 nights. Adding one on the beginning. We were unable to have the same room for whole stay. The 1st room we had was a standard king room. Very small room and too squishy for our two hard sided suitcases. However the staff moved is to the room we originally booked for our stay the next day at little inconvenience to us, and this room, we were assured was the rookies. It had a sofa bed in it with everything one would need. Pushed the sofa over and had enough room for cases to be opened. I really appreciated the service, help and friendliness off the staff and amenities of this hotel. Its ONLY down fall was the air conditioning systems in the rooms. Too big for small space and too noisy. Heard others complianing about them as well. Replace these and it would all be perfect. Not much you can do to enlarge a room hey and that would then enlarge the price. It was a quiet and handy location to many attractions including walking to ferries, big bus hop on off tours and 911 memorial plus the bull on wall street. 11 February 2015
