You won't find a better value in Manhattan, and our stay was perfect. It's just two blocks from the Wall Street subway stop and a short walk to One World Trade Center. The room was clean and the free breakfast offered so many choices! Loved it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rickx1 High Expectation, but ok feedback.
First into the hotel it's small for the lobby. The First impression is not a good mood. Then when i go into my room (its close to a elevator) So I can heard the elevator door open and close and even the "ding" sound of it. It makes me feel not able to relax. after that the room is small (for the price compare to other ihg hotel) and the window view is a office building.... god. working 5 days a week and the only day to take a break is to watch the office building. And the makes me sad for some kind.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New York-Fan das ideale Hotel für eine Städtereise

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by randyd999 Great value on weekends
Staying in the financial district on the weekends is a great deal. Easy walk to Chinatown and Little Italy, as well as the Brooklyn Bridge. Plenty of bars and pubs in the neighborhood. Rooms are pretty small, but that goes for all New York City hotel rooms.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fishtravels Great service, comfortable room
I indicated being able to sleep well in my score; however, my stay was on a Friday night and I would expect it to be much noisier on a weekday morning, so timing had much to do with my score, I expect.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MeTerry Good deal, for NYC
Room is small, especially if you put four people with four suitcases in two double beds, but at that price and NYC, New Years, it's a good deal. And good location to get anywhere, close to subway station.
Room was always clean, told the front desk about a slow drain which was fixed immediately. Good response!
Lilia, friendly girl working at front desk, was an angel giving us names of where to have a late dinner. Good recommendations! Very helpful and with a big smile!
Sink / granite table had a big crack which was fixed with a fat glue or cement, not very appealing.
Included breakfast? ummm, not too good, moon eggs, and so-so greasy sausages, good cinnamon buns. But the lady that attends the service area is such a charmer.
Amenities? Those white soaps that melt into a jelly-substance. Bought our own next day.
IHG member reward? The free wifi. Pretty good, could be more, some sort of upgrade?
