Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good value I liked this hotel, but, I booked for two nights, but was only able to stay for one because of client changes in meeting dates. Although I understand there is a 24 hour change required, the change was outside my control and I did stay for one night. But of course I was charged for two. I talked to the manager and he simply stated the hotel policy. I get it, but I am a believer in good customer service, especially for your good customers. A bending of the rules was in order. I travel to NY a lot and my office recently moved to within a block of this Holiday Inn. I've stayed there in the past, but won't be staying there again based on this experience. So you got your one additional night, but you lost out on dozens of future stays for me and potentially my employees. February 8, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hospitality in the Big Apple I stayed for a weekend to visit friends in NYC. My visit was fantastic. I greatly appreciated Marsha and Melissa's courteous and professional demeanor at the front desk. I was recognized as a Rewards Club Member and treated like a welcome guest. The front desk is very organized and even had tags for luggage that was temporarily stored. The breakfast was great and offered a huge variety. I also saw a lot of effort in keeping things stocked and neat for the breakfast. Room cleanliness and quality were excellent. The housekeeping staff should be commended. You have great attendants and inspectors. February 4, 2016
