Staff friendly, Very Spartan public areas. Would have like either room service facility or restaurant to be open longer.

For a short business stay the Hotel was very good and acceptable.
The Restaurant was found to be very basic and in open view of all and sundry using the check in area, the area was noted to be quite cold and draughty.
Food was ordered and served by the reception staff, this in turn created a long wait for food to be served.
When the food did arrive it was very well cooked and very tasty.
The above comments are to be viewed as constructive criticism and used for hotel improvement.

The hotel was everything we were expecting. the staff were polite and efficient making everything easy

We were disappointed, first when I was seriously let down by a Priority Club offer (not the hotel's fault) and there were small economies which were very irritating.

The double bed is 'neat' however the room is generally excellent for the amount paid. The breakfast was basic and there was no gluten free bread however the helpful staff did offer to run over to Asda to get some!!

The only downside to our stay was the extremely long wait for our evening meals. It took absolutely ages between courses, nearly an hour.
I would like to thank the staff for their friendly welcome and help on arrival.
Overall, a lovely stay only spoilt by the time waiting in the restaurant.
