Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HI Express A Norwich Notch Above! The overall stay (second time in history) was no less as wonderful as expected. The check-in, service, and cuisine were superb. One most notable mention must be made. At the front desk, Gabby was absolutely incredible. Her attention to detail, as well as, her personable nature sets her apart from so many. In fact, had it not been for her continued excellence in customer service, we may have been in jeopardy of missing our flight back to the US. Every person at the Norwich Holiday Inn should be commended on their care to every traveler. Thank you all, so much! We will be sure to visit again when next we see family. April 17, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate but noisy. Lots of street noise from cars doing Saturday night burnouts on local roads and carparks. Noisy fellow guests returning late, noise on front of hotel from smokers' area at front door. Hard mattress. Poor breakfast, both quality and choice in hot options and poor bread range and cereal choices. Lobby and bar area quite pleasant, staff very attentive and helpful. Broken sink in room (cracked and plug mechanism jammed). April 14, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Welcoming staff but poor service The staff were very welcoming but the hotels lift was out of service. The bar did nit have tumbler glasses for spirits along with only one draft beer as the other variety had run out. It is a shame as we felt the back room ordering let the hotel down. Where as the hotel itself an the staff were of a very good to high standard April 9, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Night of the living dead The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Room 101 is one to avoid. Lighting not working. Bed dipped in the middle. lighting not working in the bathroom. Useless pillows and air conditioning had a mind of its own. No access to fresh air as windows didn't open. I hated this place. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Improvement The mattress should have been replaced long before now. No support at all. The bathroom floor looked like it needed a good scrub. Stains on the carpet. Everything else clean and tidy though. Quiet enough room, but would prefer to be able to open the windows than use the slow to work air system that's installed. March 31, 2016
