Although they provide everything, it all feels cheap. WiFi doesnt work properly, toilet rolls were cheap even the breakfast room tongs for serving were more like those childs chop sticks you can get - they worked but badly. These things do not cost a lot of money to improve and then the whole experience would be much better. Breakfast was very poor.

horrible little hotel, nowhere to park, dirty room and bathroom, awful food and TV remote did not work. Will make a point to not stay there again. Definitely the worst holiday inn and in fact worst hotel ever stayed in!

From checking in, the experience at this hotel was been poor.
On arrival there was a queue to check in at reception. Not the best as the one receptionist also had to serve at the bar.
Check in took about 10 minutes, not bad, but the receptionist was warning people that although they served food until 9:30, there was currently a wait of 1.5 hours for food.
I popped up to my room, it was freezing, so i went and reported it to reception. The girl on reception said she would reset it, but it would take about 1/2 hour to warm up.
i checked with reception later to see if my heating had been reset, but it hadn't, the receptionist had been too busy. So i knew i would have to wait at least 1/2 hour for heat.
The heat didn't come, it was just broken.
I reported it to reception again, but they said they couldn't do anything except give me more blankets / duvet as they were full.
Eventually I went back to reception and said I wasn’t prepared to stay in a room with no heating. They showed me other two other rooms, but these also had no heating.
Eventually the hotel moved me to the local Non Holiday Inn Property.
