Overall, pretty much what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express. Good clean and comfortable.
The only let down was the breakfast. Whilst the food was fine the staff seemed slow. A minor quibble though in an otherwise perfectly good visit.

Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a quite night's sleep. Sound insulation is very poor.

A one night visit prior to a confrence. Great value. very comfortable room and a good nights sleep.
Disappointing that the free WiFi was very limited.
Breakfast was as expected from Hoiday Inn Express, reasonable but not extravigant.

Comfortable room during our stay, with very pleasant helpful staff in all areas.
We felt that the Hotel was let down by very poor quality items of sausage, scrambled eggs and beans - which we unfortunately had to leave. This was very disappointing. We would have preferred less items of a higher standard ie continental breakfast, or would have been prepared to pay a higher price for better hot items.
That these hot breakfast items are specified to a Holiday Inn express franchise, should not mean poor quality.

stayed in the hotel for one night the room was nice, comfotable and clean, breakfast was limited but what was on other was of a good standard.
upon paying when we arrived we was required to pay the room bill upfront but then an additonal £50 deposit this was taken of the debit card and told it would be refunded 48 hours after are check out as we specifically asked, The money was not recieved after 48 hours and when we called to ask the manager was very rude and claimed non of the staff would have said that to us, he said that we was not told it would be 48 hours and that it actually takes up to 30 days to recieve a deposit back! i find this very poor and had i known this prior to stopping i would not have done so.

Staff were exceptional and very friendly.
Breakfast could have been a lot better.
Beds were very comfy but need to be careful when getting into them as they move around the room very easily.
Bathroom layout was very nice and clean.

Situated on an industrial park adjacent to a cinema and several fast food outlets the Holiday Inn Express, Nuneaton is a better than average, modern, clean hotel excellent for a short stay. Rooms are good but the breakfast offering is limited.
