Modern appearance of lobby and guest rooms. Clean rooms with comfortable bed. Friendly and courteous staff. Fitness center is small with old equipment. Breakfast room is small and cramped during busy time.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheer mom 3 Terrible service
We were part of a room block with the D2 Summit Cheer. When we checked in we received a letter welcoming us and explaining the rules. I arrived at 5 am 4/29 a day after the majority of the team. We left around 10 am and returned around 5 pm. My room key had been deactivated. I went to the front desk and there was a letter waiting for me, regarding the room block I was a part of. Some children had caused some issues and instead of addressing it with the individuals as stated in the original letter it said our ENTIRE party would be evicted if any more occurrences happened. I completely disagree with this especially since I had not even arrived until 5 am. When I questioned the girl at the front desk her reply was they really didn't tolerate any issues because they are a "business hotel." If Oldsmar is a business hotel, why did they do a room block for CHEERLEADING. There were I believe 4 teams at that hotel and the letter even blamed our team for trash around the property. The front office staff was the rudest hotel staff I have even encountered. Not one person I encountered was hospitable. A group of moms were sitting around the pool, and were told it was about to close. The moms had no problem with that so they left the pool area and started toward their room, only to be reprimanded in the hall for talking by the front office person. Another incident 2 underage girls went down stairs to get something and were told they couldn't be there because they had to have a parent with them. The dad was watching them from the opening on the second balcony. Once the front office person realized he couldn’t reprimand 2 little girls he made a reference to a bullwhip under his breath, but loud enough that the dad could hear it. To say the least this facility is an embarrassment to the Holiday Inn franchise.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bob and the Rev2 Nice relaxing vacation
The overall stay was great. The fitness room was exactly what I needed (treadmill and bike). The pool was heating and felt great.
The only drawback - we had a king mini-suite - the TV was in the bedroom part, not in the sitting area.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn in Washington DC a couple of years back, my car was broken into and possessions were stolen (in the underground garage). The manager said the garage was run by someone else, not really Holiday Inn's problem. I swore I would not stay at Holiday Inn ever again. My company booked Fla., otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. However, the night desk lady in Fla. was so help, I changed my mind about the company.
