Staff was amazing, the pool was great and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Couldn't have asked for a better deal! 23 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful experience The hotel is right on the beach, The beach is absolutely beautiful with white, clean sand. The pool was fabulous. Our room was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They took care of all our needs and during our visit throughout the South, we stayed in numerous Holiday Inn's. Our next trip, we will only be staying at Holiday Inn's. Great place. 22 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nice nice stay Starting with the staff at the desk making me feel welcome right away and giving me info any time I needed it. Walking the halls and have a staff member ask me how my day was going. Great breakfast crew. Friendly, friendly and on top of everything. My room each day was spotless. a small irritation I have is the hotels don't replace my ice cube plastic bag. They did it every day. Small things count. I train people for one of the most prestigious retailer in the world and they all made a great impression. Thank you for the nice stay. 21 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by wunderbares Hotel direkt am Golf von Mexico Schon am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich behandelt. Obwohl Standard war unser Zimmer gross und hell. Wir gingen gleich zum Pool, wo es Badtücher gab und eine Bar. Piña Colada ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen; es ist mehr Eis als etwas anderes. Der weisse Strand lädt zu stundenlangen Spaziergängen ein, herrlich. 16 April 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty rooms, slow elevators, no food on food bars , terrible rooms As a Platium Ambassador member I expected something better than a handicap room with NO view and dirty dingy towels and bed linens. The elevators were slow and no food on the breakfast bars. We used our points to book this room for our girls during their last weekend of spring break. We were put in a small king handicap room when we had resv a double with a pullout couch. Front desk said that was the only room available. When we went outside to unload. I called the hotel and ask if they were sold out and had a large room with a view and double beds. They said yes they had. A few left. I went back in and told the manager this and he said sorry that was for paying customers not rewards customers. So I will change hotel chains for I stay over 100 nights on the road a year and I will change to a hotel chain that appreciates their loyal customers and doesn't punish them with the worst rooms. Also the bed linens and towels were dirty and dingy and service was terrible 15 April 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by TOWELS CARPET HOT TUB TOWELS WERE OLD AND VERY SCRATCHY, EVERYONE WAS TAKING THE POOL TOWELS TO THEIR ROOM AS THEY WERE MUCH NICE. THE CARPET LOOKED DIRTY AND WORN IN OUR ROOM. THE HOT TUB HAD ABOUT 20 TEENAGERS AND CHILDREN IN IT AND THE NEXT DAY THEY DID NOT DRAIN IT OR CLEAN IT. WHEN I LOOKED IN IT I WAS SICK. SO GROSS AND NASTY. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE HOT TUB OUT THE NEXT DAY OR SO. 15 April 2015
