Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Holiday Inn I know I was not impressed at check in when the Manager and Desk talked over my should after my check in had begun. Totally ignoring me no apology. then from the 6th floor none of the clients could use the elevators because the staff were using both of them to move chairs from floor to floor and the cleaning staff to move their carts at 4 in the afternoon. We all had to use the stairs!! Air conditioning didn't work in the room the cover was hanging off the unit in the room. The WiFi didn't work and when I called about it the front desk told me there was no problem and would contact tec support. I heard nothing back until checkout in the morning when I was told by someone else that the WiFi had not been working for over a week on the 5th and 6th floor. 03 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK stay at an outstanding location I have stayed at this hotel in the past. I will stay here again. I am in a hotel 125-150 nights each year. I am IHG Platinum and the comparable status at a competitor. In short, as a business traveler, I know what to expect. This hotel is always clean and always comfortable. I had one issue this stay - on my reservation I specifically asked for an upper floor (having been here many times before, I know the noise level from vacationers!) I was assigned a room on the second floor. Noise from parking lot, noisy neighbors all contributed to interrupted sleep and me being unable to relax. Next visit, I will simply call ahead and ensure I have an upper floor, or I will cancel my reservation. Clean facility. Outstanding staff. 24 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Holiday Inn Express Revisited this hotel a year after my last stay. It's an average Holiday Inn Express with no really outstanding or memorable qualities. My one disappointment is they still have Internet issues. During the day, when the hotel is empty, the Internet was fine. But after 4pm the Internet becomes glacially slow and unreliable. The fitness room could also use updated equipment. 22 February 2015
