This is by far one of the grossest, stinkiest, dirtiest, hotels I have stayed at in quite some time. As a Platinum member I would have expected better service. All I got was "to bad, hope you find another hotel." Very disappointing IHG!!! I hope you close this joint soon so it can turn into the crack house it's supposed to be! 31 July 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Asked for adjoinging ... did not get them As a family of 6, we can not fit in one room. When I booked my rooms, I asked for adjoining rooms. It was noted in Holiday Inn's computer system. When I checked in, I was informed all the adjoining rooms were gone. I had to take 2 separate rooms. My family had to be split up. We could not leave the baby in one room while the rest of us watched a movie in the other. An adult had to be in a room at all times. So much for family time! As for the hotel being clean and the staff was very nice, it is a very nice place to stay BUT I still would have like to have my adjoining rooms as requested! 24 July 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed The water pressure was the overall issue at this hotel. There was very little pressure in the hot tub iand there wasn't enough pressure to run a shower in the guestroom in the evening. Upon calling the front desk, we were told that this happens quite often and others had complained as well. We were then told that because they were not a manager or a maintenance worker, nothing could be done about it. 17 July 2014
