Firstimpresssion from the front desk lady make me very negative but all others were quite good. Very clean and quite.

I booked what was listed as an executive room with 2 beds. When I got to the room, it had 2 double beds, and a 30" square table with 2 dining room side chairs and one electrical outlet. I called downstairs, thinking there had been a mistake. No, she said, that is an executive room. I mentioned the tiny table, no desk or work chair, and asked what made it an executive room. The answer: "it has 2 beds." Really? I'm not kidding, that was all I got. I thought oh well, it's just one night..
When I checked in, the only recognition of Platinum status was the comment " because you are Platinum, you will get 500 bonus points". That's the first time I wasn't offered the option. A small point, perhaps, but usually front desk staff are more enthusiastic and friendly when recognizing Platinum members. And the room surely wasn't an upgrade. On the 2nd floor, I could hear people get up and walk around in the room upstairs.
I will say the same front desk clerk was helpful later with restaurant recommendations. But none of the staff seemed particularly happy, although all seemed efficient.
For a vacation traveler, the hotel may be just fine. Especially if you get a room overlooking the pool. Business travelers, not so much.
