Adicionalmente, en el check in abri un voucher para el final hacer el pago en efectivo como lo comunique al de la recepción y el dia del check out se dieron cuenta que me lo debitaron de mi tarjeta.. para colmo la persona que me atendio ni disculpas pidió 17 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel The condition of the hotel was excellent. All areas, public and guest rooms, were modern, well-maintained, and safe. Breakfast was hot and staff was attentive to keeping everything stocked and fresh. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only suggestion is to have more staff at front desk for check-in and check-out. Most travelers had questions for staff about the area, transportation, etc. and this level of personal attention caused the lines to back-up. 14 August 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Buen Hotel, pésimo servicio Las habitaciones en el último piso son ruidosas. El personal no tiene actitud de Servicio y realmente no le interesa el trato al cliente. Me hicieron un cargo después de la salida, sin fundamento, sin mi firma y sin razón, solo por un "me comentaron" que usó un servicio. Aún no me entregan la factura del pago realizado. 24 July 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice hotel and great service The hotel is nice in all aspects. Nice build, convenient, and everything is made for the guests to feel comfortable and in a good mood. It is unusual design with a sliding door that serves either as the bathroom door or adjacent closet door. It is quiet, and clean with all necessary facilities and services at high level. The pool is small. The deck area and stairs are not always clean. The hotel runs efficiently to conserve power. The breakfast is adequate and full of necessary food that may satisfy most people. The serving breakfast area is too narrow and very crowd. One complaint that I could find is the security key card. Sometimes it requires several attempts before the green light will appear and let you in. The card is required for when you are using the elevator up, to enter to your unit, to enter the 7th floor pool and to get to second floor gym area. 22 July 2014
