Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and great room The hotel staff goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The new remodeled rooms were excellent. The bed was comfortable, the air-con ran without noise, and there was virtually zero noise from outside. Overall a very good experience at a reasonable price. July 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2 bed room We normally choose the suite with the fold out couch for 2 adults and 2 children. This time we decided to choose the room with 2 full size beds. We found the room with 2 beds was extremely small and almost claustrophobic. There was on 1 chair for 4 people and we all felt we did not want to spend any leisure time in the room. My wife was impressed with the fit and finish of the bathroom. July 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Please get different pillows!!!!! The bed pillows were very disappointing. The pillow cases were labeled "soft" and "firm". While the so-called "firm" pillows were slightly less soft than the "soft" pillows, they were definitely NOT firm. People who sleep better with actual firm pillows cannot comfortably use your version of a "firm" pillow. Overall, however, our experience was very positive. June 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel but unfriendly after-hours service We stayed for 2 nights for 4 people. On the first day, the room only had 2 towels so I called the operator and asked for 2 more towels. The person that answered the phone sounded like he had better things to do than to provide service. I asked for the towels, I was placed on hold, about 3 minutes later I was told that he only has 1 towel available. I then stated that I booked for 4 people and that I will need 2 extra towels. I was then placed on a longer hold and was finally told that he will bring it up. We ended up with 4 more towels instead of 2. On day 2 (last night of stay), I called again at night to ask if express check out is available but no one answered the phone. I let it rang for a full 5 minutes until I gave up. I like the place, it is clean, good breakfast, but the night service needs to be addressed. June 24, 2015
