Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Total misrepresentation of property My stay has come while it is under renovation -- which I know happens and has to happen, to maintain the level of quality mandated for IHG franchises. My problem is this -- I believe it is the responsibility of the leadership/ownership to make that known on the website. The state of this hotel, as of today, should have been discounted. The first and third floors look like new construction -- my greeting was to the property was ta jackhammer breaking up the tile in the entry. Customer service was really good -- they did everything they could to place me as far from the noise as they could. I would have simply cancelled and moved to another property had they not been so nice. 22 January 2015

Staff are very friendly and are ready to help you when needed. Would recommended to anyone in the area to spend the night and have breakfast. 21 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Booked during remodeling I travel every other weekend for business, and when I do, I prefer to stay at a holiday inn express because they are always clean friendly and comfortable , the holiday inn express in Pensacola was the worst I have ever stayed in, I was booked during remodeling, so there was no complementary breakfast, the bed was uncomfortable with a cheap padding over the stiff mattress, and the towels were stiff and smelled like recycled water. The staff was friendly, but I would not stay at this particular Holiday inn again. 14 January 2015

The Breakfast and dining room staff are some of the best I have come across. Plenty of food choice, always fresh, very attentive dining room staff.
