Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We enjoyed the motel The check-in was very pleasant. and prompt which we appreciated since we had driven 10 hours and were already travel weary. The room was clean and the TV was up to our standards. The room was already cool and we were able to make it cooler, as my wife appreciates. The business center had 2 working computers and I used one to access my e-mail since we don't bring along our own computer for convenience and security reasons. The breakfast the next morning was hot and clean and pleasant as the staff was genial. The checkout was quick and the parking area was secure and ample, which is important as we don't want our car to get scratched. We stayed at this motel in 2013 on our way back to Iowa and this was our second stay. We'll likely return next year. 05 August 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn express is my choice, not this hotel I found the room to be extremely dusty, dust hanging off the lamp shades, and when the light was shining in the room from the window the TV and furniture was covered with dust. The lamp bulb at the desk was burned out, the hair dryer in the bathroom did't work and never mind using an alarm clock, a very inconsiderate employee was mowing the lawn out side the guest rooms at the back of the hotel at 7:25 in the morning, it was so loud you couldn't sleep in if you wanted to. This was a business trip, and I will not stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area. 28 July 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment. I knew I had timeshare with Holiday Inn Vacation Club but did not realize it gave me perks at this HI Express. The staff at check-in (Ashley) was very helpful and looked up my membership number and I was oiffered a better rate and a few welcome perks. The hotel itself was spotless and I really enjoyed my stay even if only for one night. 22 July 2014

With good rooms, breakfast choices, comfortable beds, and clean rooms four top items I look at for quality hotels. However, the top category for me, is customer service. I truly believe that this hotel has the best customer service that I've been seen. Very kind, personable staff. For your customer service, I would rats them an A+. Thanks. 22 July 2014
