Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience I've stayed at this hotel in the past and there have been several upgrades over the past year. The internet was fast and had full bars - most hotels are slow with one or two bars. The TV was equipped with Direct TV which was excellent. The only drawback was no SEC Network on the channel lineup. Room and grounds were clean and nice. 12 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Pros: Great staff at the front desk, they listen are friendly and will address special needs quickly Great staff for breakfast, they are fast to meet needs, out of food, and make sure everything stays fresh and hot. Food was good and there is a variety every day. Love the Pancakes. The pool was clean, warm and relaxing. Fresh towels for the most part were available when we went. Bedding was clean and changed, Bathroom was cleaned and changed. Cons Loss of communication for special accomidations between the cleaning crew and the front desk staff. Furniture in the room needed some repair Heating seem to be hotter than the thermastat and the room humid Placed in a room by the elevator so it sounded like a fan going constantly in our room every morning and evening, but not too horrible. Bed is spring matress and was hard for me and my fam to sleep on when we are use to springless Pillows were down so they went flat easily 07 January 2015

The Operations Manager was cheerful as she mingled with guests during breakfast. As usual, the room and furnishings were comfortable. 27 December 2014
