Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed with 2nd visit...Feb. 2015 This was our 2nd stay. We booked this hotel because of the indoor heated pool. The disappointment came when we tried to enter the pool area before 9:30 pm for a relaxing swim before going to bed and the door wouldn't unlock. The excuse was "the door locks about 9:30". The sign says the pool closes at 10 pm. No one offered to get it open. The gym door unlocked just fine. I was upset and didn't sleep well. The next morning I mentioned it to the morning clerk and he said it's been messed up since the time changed...this is FEBRUARY. He also mentioned that someone could have gone around back to let us into the pool. I believe we should have been offered some compensation on our bill because without the indoor pool, it's just another hotel. We could have stayed somewhere else cheaper.! 28 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Location Breakfast and Staff The location was a very small town so don't expect much, we stayed here for a weekend event in New Orleans. The drive to NOLA was about 45 min but this hotel is right off the highway and easy access to the interstate. The staff was AMAZING, they were so nice and answered all my questions and were very helpful, I wish I got the gentlemans name at the front desk but he was so nice and gave us such great recommendations. The breakfast was nice nothing over the top but it did its job and i like the pancake maker, less mess and easier to use for the kids. The room was nice and clean (I am very funny about rooms) and I liked the cable/satelite service they used. Overall would recommend and stay again, if needed. 26 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but... Staff very helpful and friendly but the "food", was lousy. The eggs, sausage and biscuits are all frozen and tasted like it. Also the entrance way was very trashy upon arrival and stayed that way during the entire weekend. 25 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall good. I stayed here 2 nights last week a fee days apart from each other while traveling. My first night was great. No complaints. My second was a tad different. The bed was nothing compared to the 1st night it was not a comfortable matress. Other than that the room was good. When I checked in I paid cash, when I checked out my card was charged. It caused me to be an hour an a half late on the road leaving. The staff was willing to reverse it was just a process with the bank. Which at the time I was upset with the bank personelle when I should have been upset with the hotel for charging me in the fist place causing the issue. I will def check out the other options in the area when I come back (I'll be traveling here often) due to the aggervation. 08 February 2015
