Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Customer Care This was my second time staying at this hotel in this location. I am a priority club member and has been for several years. During this visit, I had two reservations and saw some inconsistencies. The staff needs to be able to understand the language of English. My husband requested for our room to not be clean since we were staying another night and the housekeeping person did not understand English therefore she clean our room anyway. We have some valuable things in our room and wanted to protect it. Also my key to my room deactivated the next day. It took me two times to get the front desk person, Diego to activate b/c he was not listening to my room number. Now I have notice that my first reservation was billed to the wrong credit card and I made this reservation first. I presented my card to the person at the front desk and still an error. I love the Holiday Inn but feel that customer care needs to improve on this one. 08 December 2014
